Variations on a theme

The theme is Laeliocattleya Hausermann's Sultan "Summer Spectacular", an orchid that I have been waiting to shoot for a couple of weeks. At present the plant has six flowers on it but it is very difficult to show them all at oncel They are facing in every direction. This orchid has a lovely scent which fills the greenhouse when you open the door in the morning. This is the second time it has flowered for me, so I am hoping I am on to a good one.

Looks like rain again! G coming tomorrow and all his family to haul away (to their home) an old Yanmar tractor that Ian can no longer use. This is going to be quite a pantomime tomorrow, getting it loaded!
