Doors in Oslo # 93 Nobel Peace Center

I was working late today and had just 10 minutes to take a shot before heading to the train station.  I thought that this was the best shot for the day. The doors are not so special, but the words over the doors are!

I'm still numb by the news of the attack in Nice, and before that Bagdad and Istanbul.... My thoughts go to the families and friends, and all the wounded.

The building is from 1872, designed by the Norwegian architect Georg Andreas Bull, and was a train station until 1989. Bull was our first railway architect and he has made many of our stations in the largest cities.

Nobel Peace Center opened in 2005
