A very slow guest

Late home again and it was like an obstacle course getting from the car into the house. It was raining (as it does in an Irish summer) and once again all the snails and slugs came out and made their way very slowly around the driveway.

I really hate standing on them. They are so slimey & gross. I'm sure I look very strange to the neighbours tip toeing down the drive.

Here is one of the slightly faster ones who made it half way up the front door, away from my heavy foot falls.
