Painted pansies in progress

I've been working on a 10x10 oil this month, about 12 hours of work I guess. A canvas a bit bigger than the 4x4 inch ones I've been working on for the past 18 months. It's almost done, a bit more work on the bottle lettering. The ink bottle in reality is very tiny, an antique from a tiny factory about a mile down the road that was once very busy. The secret ink formula was eventually sold to Carter's Ink and the house is now a lovely residential home with an addition and a happy family.

For the Record,
This day came in hot, hot, hot. Our ductless AC unit in our addition has apparently lived out it's 14 year lifespan. We had a guy come look at it yesterday, he said to turn it off, it was working too hard. UGH, so now it's  so hot downstairs!! We've working on getting estimates for a new system during this awful heatwave...

All hands healthy. T did a 50 mile bike ride for her PMC training and I foolishly gave two bushes outside a haircut. We've both showered to cool down, but I still feel boiling.
