Derelict Sunday 39 - Sign

Spotted this piece of dereliction in between two lovely looking buildings. It is a seafront property in a very desirable location. I really can't believe firstly that someone hasn't snapped this up, secondly that the council allows it to be in this state, by the look of it, for quite a long time and thirdly that the neighbouring property owners haven't complained to the council.

Even the 'Sign' is derelict :-). Please see extra.
