Meals on Wheels or Self Service

When I woke up today and looked out the window my first thought was "Who has stolen the mountains?". Thick mist covered them and it was overcast and dull - no sign of the sun.
We went out into the 'Game Park' after Breakfast to see if we could find the 'lost' Eland - the two we could not see last evening - and parked up near one of the feeding stations.  The semi-tame Kudu arrived and started helping herself to a few nuts out of the white bucket in the back of the landie.  I got out and walked until I could get a shot of her using us as a Meals on Wheels Self Service...... she is cute - but very greedy and naughty.  I think the Eland probably don't allow her to eat much as they are so much bigger than her and their horns are long and dangerous, so she was happy to sneak a few pellets whilst she could.
We now have 4 baby Eland as the one missing last night reappeared today with baby in tow! So all counted as present and correct.
As we were coming back home we had RAIN - not for long and not much but it dampened down the dust and washed the flowers clean.  Bambi was most confused and ran to the house and hid under the bushes and then the porch - he was not impressed with the wet stuff! See extra.
