Damage!

A christening present for my nephews son's christening. But it arrived damaged. Why when usually a certain web site packages things so well it takes a day to get access yet my book a large hardback in a sleeve was sent in a thin plastic envelope??
And why won't my phone allow me to add extras?? The world is against me today!
