Abbotsmede Beach

Here it is all finished! I am so proud of our sewing club for making this quilt.  I am cross with myself as one of the huts has 'bead' curtains at the door, however, they are defying gravity in the picture!   Its all wrapped up and will be posted tomorrow morning. Last night on our walk I saw a monk jack deer in the woods for the first time, this evening we saw huge fish in the lake by the golf course - both firsts. 

I have just heard that Chris Boardman's mum has been killed whilst riding her bike. This is so sad and so pertinent to any cyclist. xxx
