Is this a workman's convertible?

What does a blip addiction look like anyway? It's when you are NOT an early morning person and you find yourself up at 7 a.m. and out on the road by 7:30 looking for your next blip before you go to work. As always I am out looking and looking. Drive by these guys. That's it they are my blip for the day. Could I take your picture? Why. Because I need you for my picture of the day. OK. These are my new friends (well that's what I call them now) Chris & John. They work for the Urbana Park District. You have may blip card so later in the day you can look at your picture.
