Delhi

Finally we have arrived in Delhi for our Panchakarma treatment. This is my room for the next 3 weeks. We have seen Dr Raju and he has prescribed our herbs. I have less than perfect absorption in the stomach and a blockage in the spine from a childhood injury. This all causes havoc with my nervous system. Tonight we have our bedtime treatment of oil on our head to help us sleep better. I am not a brilliant sleeper so am willing to try anything.
