Hoisting Lyle

A little fun with the chain fall, usually used to hoist beams but full of communications. Lyle is communicating with me as I snap the picture and Jim communicated with him on how to place himself on the chain. Mark, Lyle's dad, hoisting him up, communicates with the chain.
