A lie in of sorts and breakfast on the balcony. I forced myself out for another run, but found it hard work. So much so that after a shower and lunch, I dozed off! The scenery here reminded me of Rottingdean. Same geology?
Strolled out for a strong mocha at the Harbourside cafe, before we went to the Ravensgate Arms to see Stephan James Adams. It was very hot and crowded in the pub and so I didn't stay for the whole thing, but wandered off to sit in the sun.
Later, fish and chips at the Royal Harbourside Brasserie, sitting over the water and watching the sun settle down. Most pleasing!
