The River

Monday. Very hot today but the humidity of the last few days had reduced a little. I decided to follow the River Walkham for a few miles to Double Waters and then came back over the moor. Somehow there is something 'cooling' about the sound of running water, I think.

Today. Out with the walking group this morning on the hottest day of the year - what's that about mad dogs and Englishmen going out in the mid-day sun! Will catch up later.
