Starbucks

Today I had to leave work at lunchtime to travel in an ambulance to Blackburn with my camera shy daughter Gemma who had fainted and fallen. Shes ok.. They couldnt find a reason for the fainting and We were there all afternoon and are on our way back now.... After calling in at Starbucks for a caramel machiatto, panini and cheese cake. Feel a little sick now... but I love Starbucks and can't resist it... If I'm In a town that has a Starbucks I must pay it a visit... Yummy
