I just looked up .....

..... and there was the swallow having a rest.  Not the easiest angle for photography standing almost directly underneath the subject ..... sort of gives you a crick in the neck.

A beautiful day, as I think it was for everyone, with warm temperatures from first thing.  I left Glasgow at 7.30 this morning so that I was driving before it got too hot.  The beaches were busy, the water sports had a thriving trade and I went for a paddle.
