Ice cream day

This blip sums up my day, a wonderful summers day, with KryptoMart and I showing our friend Carol from North Carolina round our wonderful city.

The weather was beautiful (thank goodness for the car's air conditioning) as we showed Carol the Royal Yacht, Britannia, Roman remains at Cramond, followed by a ghost and torture tour of the vaults before ending up with dinner at the 16th Century, Tolbooth Tavern in the Canongate.
