One of our local butcher shops. The people who own and run this shop used to have between them 3 stalls in our local market. They decided that having a new modern shop on the street would be more profitable. We worry about the market's future sometimes, especially as it's not a council run one and so don't receive grants for modernizing. The older stall holders who are now retiring don't have willing family members to take on the responsibility and lifestyle.
