KIFTSGATE

Safely* arrived at Mum's house, for once in time to see her wonderful Kiftsgate rose in full rampant bloom all over the garden.

*The Highway Code seems to have been amended since I last drove down here, and it seems to be acceptable to do a sudden 90-degree turn across several lanes of traffic if you realise at the last minute that you've missed your exit off the M25. That was an interesting moment! I don't think I'll be trying it.
