What a brilliant day at the Limpics!

Heather and Helen rowed superbly to take the first Gold for Britain in 2012 and the first Gold ever for women rowers, and as for Wiggo - he rode to gold in the cycle time trial - he is a complete legend!

It's been exhausting here on my sofa.
