Juno walked up hill on our own.

More chores and getting stuff ready.

A physio appointment then down the coast.

Eco son and I headed to coldingham for a wee bit sea kayaking.

A lovely day and a very confident young man kayaking as I fought for confidence.

We met some fine people for chats.

From the kayak we caught our tea with 5 mackerel which caused a bit of fun.

A loch evening with the youngsters bbqing fresh mackerel on the beach .
