Cutting Herbs

Another flower Friday has arrived. I was out there this morning cutting more oregano and a stray rose. There is so much oregano blooming in the busy bee garden I could never cut enough. I hope to make a few wreaths out of some of it. But too much is taking over the rest of the perennial bed so there will be a big 'pulling out' before winter.
I have to cut before the sun hits the flowers or I will have to fight off the busy bees. Someone somewhere is benefiting in their hives this summer.
I have no idea what oregano honey tastes like.
