Land's End in Holland

The group of walkers I was with and here we head for the corner of Land's End (Landtong it's named in Holland)  that's opposit of Hoek van Holland and spot on where the river Maas flows into the North Sea.

We walked the stretch of 14 kms dyke that forms this Land's End and sheds 2 waterways from each other Eastwards in the direction of Rotterdam. It was lovely Summerly warm and not a drop of rain here altho' it looked grim in the early hour ~ our guide for the day works at a shipping company and readily handed us so much  information about the ships that sailed by and we sailed by... as we got here first of all with a fast ferry; got a picture of that in the extra's
