A New Move

Our teacher Ulf is helping us with one of the new moves. It’s based on a kick but we do it slowly and gracefully, whilst being totally relaxed, balanced and concentrated. At least that’s how Ulf does it, I wobble, lose my balance and try to remember where all my various limbs should be at various stages of the movement, not to mention what comes before and after this “kick”.  
Experience tells me I’ll get rapidly better but there will always be room for improvement. This continual striving to do better is part of the fun of Tai Chi.
