Makings of Spicy Cheese & Potato Croquette's

A quiet day with some cooking.  I have a totally frozen lower back issue so staying inside but will be going to a lunch at a girlfriend's tomorrow for 4.  The hostess has a swimming pool which I look forward to as yesterday and today hit 113 degrees.  I've made some spicy cheese and potato croquette's (appetizer) size and will also bring my lemon biscotti with a lemon glaze over them.  Ummmmm!
