In the meadowsweet

Today I went on a free photographic day with a local wildlife photographer and organised by the Wildlife Trust . We went to Colemere then Whixall Moss taking photos and could ask advice as we went around. We saw a great crested newt and a baby lizard plus lots of damselflies, butterflies and insects.

I will doubtless forget a lot that I was told but it was a great day. It was quite difficult to decide which shot to use but in the end chose this hoverfly in the meadowsweet.
