I was a little apprehensive when I approached her; what if she told me to get lost or what if she used her muscles to hurt me?  Instead I met a most pleasant dental hygienist / body builder - the widowed mother of three daughters who lost her husband to cancer 5 years ago.  Obviously a person of determination - on her wrist the tattoo'd words "Because I can ..."  She left me inspired.

Best of all, I didn't have to arm wrestle her for the photo.
