The Flower Girl

This weekend is G's 'Stag' weekend, and he is off with a bunch of the lads on a so-called 'Fishing Trip'; I suspect there won't be much of a threat to fish - living or dead!
I had the Bandits come to stay, as their Mum and Dad are at a wedding in Ballathie House Hotel, not too far away.  The idea was that I would take the kids into town today to get Arlo measured for his kilt outfit, and to buy shoes for Ida to wear with her flower-girl outfit. 

We had a lovely day, but have no shoes to show for it! A Spanish football top, and a Barbie who sings pop songs in German (thanks TK Maxx!), a new DVD, and heaps of Pick'nMix - but no shoes.  And the kilt shop was shut by the time we got there! 

Think we will have to ask the parent/guardians if we can keep them for another couple of days, and try again on Monday.  :)
