High Protein Pancake

I try & make high protein pancakes now.  This one tasted good but I don't measure therefore they are difficult to duplicate.  1 to 1 1/2 C of buttermilk & water.  Soak for 5 min. 2-3 TBS chia seeds, 1-2 TBS of quiona, 1tsp sesame seeds add 1 egg mix.   Add 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 baking soda, 1/4 salt;  1 TBS peanut power (PB2), 1/2 -3/4 C. flour, olive oil, 1 TBS brown sugar.   cooked med high cast iron skillet.  made 3  7-8" diameter pancakes.
