Games

The CrossFit Games are taking place this weekend over in California. We've been trying to keep up with the events but the time difference is a bit tricky. Thank god for the YouTube streaming!

Matt Fraser, pictured here, is currently running away with the men's competition but there are still all of Sunday to go so who knows what could happen! The women's is much closer with an Australian at the top and a Brit in 4th! It'll actually be late into tomorrow morning here before we'll know the actual winners!

Yesterday backblipped and pretty much recovered from thanks largely to a big bacon sarnie and a bowl of hot soup after a LONG lie in!
