Food prep

Managed to make 2 chocolate cakes, this lasagna (plus a wee one for the freezer) and now about to make an apple crunchy bake slice thing this afternoon. All to help feed 16 of us tomorrow night - thankfully at my brother and sister in laws house, not ours!

Hubby's 41st birthday today. Flew back to Edinburgh from Chamonix this evening but not coming home as he is working in Carnoustie tomorrow morning. So celebrating his birthday when he gets back after work along with his mum who is 70 tomorrow.
