Further North

Another drive today, this time for 4 hours up into Lapland, a place that I have always wanted to go to and that made me very happy to fulfill a dream and get there. We went to the capital of Lapland, Rovaniemi, where we first of all made a visit to a summer bobsleigh course (Lots of fun) and then took a walk to outdoor campsite which had a great view of the whole city. Finally, we went to the Santa Claus village (Finland makes the claim that Santa is Finnish, but I think he comes from the North Pole), before we travelled further North to my friend's summer cabin.
