MM - Link - Linked seedpods

Another tenuous entry! Mono Monday - LINK.

The Sickle bush, Dichrostachys cinerea,  seedpods all grow together off one stem - they are linked/intertwined in a messy mass.
Cattle and some game love them and forage for them when the fall off the very prickly tree.
In traditional medicine the bark is used for headaches, toothache, dysentery and elephantiasis. Leaves are used as a laxative and diuretic.
