trimming hedges

Mr I at the top of the ladder cutting branches off the hawthorn hedge. We haven't done it for about 3 years and it's got quite tall. Saving it for a bonfire in the autumn and the bigger branches for the open fire. Did stuff in the garden - weeded a border, picked raspberries, collected tomatoes and a bunch of baby turnips.
