Light cloud with sunny intervals

Today our weather app said, 'light cloud with sunny intervals'. Today our weather app was correct. Unfortunately this blip was taken in one of the 'light cloud' moments. 10 mins later it was brilliant sunshine but by then I was walking around town, bumping into everyone's legs?!! St Ives is mega busy at the moment.

This afternoon we were supposed to be meeting our friend Nigel down at the Porthminster Beach Bar for a couple of glasses of vino the humans not me. Nigel is our friend who Ann met when she worked at the 'Mullion Cove Hotel' almost 20 years ago. We don't really know him that well. We know him well enough to know he's not some mad axe murderer. He's been coming to Cornwall for his holidays for years & years so we only see him two or three times when he's on holiday here and we exchange Christmas cards and that's about it.

Anyway this morning, Sarah, (the very lovely receptionist at the Mullion Cove Hotel) phoned and said that Nigel couldn't meet us because he wasn't well and he was being taken off to hospital. Not exactly where you want to spend your time when you're on holiday??!!
….....................So we didn't meet Nigel and I didn't get any treats?!!! Nigel always brings me treats. He always brings Ann wine too so she didn't get any wine!
