One more step around the world I go...

This is my new toy of late. My Fitbit. Motivates me to walk that bit further every day. On the days when I don't, I just shove it in a drawer - ha!

Felt like a new woman today. Energy back. Was a machine at work, ploughing through stuff, getting results and feeling so much better about things in general.

Listened to podcasts on the way home, ate healthily and booked a weekend by the sea for us all. I was like a living breathing smug Instagram post.

Up, down, up, down. Doctor's appointment is now next Tuesday.
