Seen For The Very First Time

I'd never noticed this figure on the front of my favourite cinema (it may be better than the Cameo in Edinburgh & I loved the Cameo).

Due to all the heat and a few other bits and pieces, I've not been sleeping well recently and this morning I told my alarm to "hau bitte ab*" and went back to sleep.

It took a chunk of my flex time but that's what it's for.  And I felt so much happier when I did get up and into work.

We've had some rain today, here's hoping it has cleared the air a bit and it won't be so muggy tonight.

The news continues to be depressing.  I'm going off to stroke a cat and talk of dandelions and remind myself that there are many more good people out there than bad.
