Driftwood Detail

Scattered around the saltmarsh at the back of the dunes for Belhaven Bay there are always a few pieces of driftwood which tend to move about when there are high tides. This particular piece has relatively recently made its way right across the saltmarsh and lies close to the inner dunes. Their patterns and whorls add to their attraction though today there  was little sun to give much modelling
