Jak

A full day today. I was down to the station for 9am as we had the Search and Rescue Radio Operators Course which is today and tomorrow. I finished that t five and headed up the road. Roz's sister Joanne is visiting with her kids Lucy and Jak.

I got time for dinner and a wee chat then at about twenty to eight my pager went off and it was back down to the station. A vessel had run aground. A while after we launched they freed themselves but due to teh weather and limited speed of the vessel under power we were requested to head to their location and as some crew were feeling the effects of being cold and wet we took them back to shore before rejoining the vessel and escorting it back.
