The Look Of Louie

He still gives me this look, like his dad Larry before him, I think it does indeed run in the family.

He has spent the last month or so moulting, but I think he has finally turned the corner and even his breast feathers are returning brand new and squeaky clean.  He was doing a little warbled 'swallowed' singing to himself today, testing those vocal chords for the September ahead of first song after the family (make that two sets) - so another month of getting back 100% fighting fit again, but I think he's going to get there before anyone else and he'll need to be fit early, as there are a lot of new robins in the area, most of them his own young who he has got to fight off and chase away, as Louie is still top robin! :D xx
