Feeling a little better today and only hurts when I cough. I ran a coughing coaching session tonight and introduced a leg strengthening exercise where the group did a 5 minute walking lunge and if they wanted to rest they did 3 pressups as their rest. One of the group wrote on the Harrier Club Facebook page that he felt like it was boot camp.It was all good and continuing these and other drills we will introduce will make them stronger and minimise any injuries that they may get.
