EH1 1PD - David Hume statue has a new hat

Today I was seeing a few performances on Royal Mile but I decided to blipped David Hume statue there. Some joker or happy fashion designer gave a new safety hat on his head.

So enjoy another BLIP from Fringe´s streets ;-)
