Thursday Hill session

Late finish at work, and straight to training - so tonights photo is my Thursday running group.
Thursdays are our hill sessions, the picture doesn't really do justice to how steep this bit of plain is.
We are very lucky to have Hainault Forest Country Park near us which offers lots of nice routes both inside and outside of the Forest, so our training here in the Summer months when we have the light has plenty of routes and sessions to choose from.
You might recognise 'Pam' at the front who I recently photographed for her 80th Birthday. She did 3 miles of hill work like the rest of us!
