Productive day

I had a day off today and made the most of it. Joe and I went to the art gallery, had lunch together, came home and then did some painting whilst way watched the Olympics. Awesome work by team GB today by the way.

Then I made bread and also started to make Danish pastry which will be turned into pain aux raisin soon.

Fantastic day all in all - I enjoyed every second of it.
