Author Penny

I don't know why, but there is often something about portraits of authors... Maybe its revealing the face behind the words, maybe its the intelligence of someone who can come up with a storyline and put it into thousands of words, or maybe just their chance to 'emerge' from their own books?
Penny Dolan is an author of childrens books, and was in Scarborough for Yorkshire Book Day, part of the town's week long Festival of Yorkshire. That's her latest book, published just yesterday, and reviews on amazon say its very good.
