Wind Power, Glyndebourne

Summer skies above the wind turbine launched by Sir David Attenborough back in January 2012 to provide power to the Opera House at Glyndebourne. One of the very few onshore wind turbines in Sussex, it stands above the Opera House on Mill Plain, close to the site of a traditional windmill, of which only the post now remains.
