The First Switch On

Early delivery of the new oven. A wee bit of a challenge getting it in and the old one out. A quick tutorial and then I was left holding the instruction booklet. Both ovens are a bit smaller than the old ones, but this has some new features including fan grilling.

It did spur me on to a significant kitchen cleaning session.

Dinner was a bit of an experiment, worked out ok. It will take a while to get used to all the settings.
