"Rise Number 1"

That's the name of the Restaurant where we all went out to celebrate as a family.
We were celebrating meeting Clelyn, Jo's new girlfriend and the fact that he just today got offered a permanent position at one of the top law firms in the country, "Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher", in Denver, Colorado, where he has been working this summer.
This is a French Restaurant that specializes in Soufflés and they are truly amazing! I had my favorite "Marshmallow Soup", which are mini goat cheese soufflés that look like marshmallows floating in a rich tomato soup with pesto drizzled over the top. Then a Lobster Salad and a Key Lime Soufflé to finish up!
