One of my sons said about this image that it was saying 'Welcome Home'. It was glorious. I would have hugged it if I could.

I had a visit from a very special kind friend today, who came for bacon&eggs, and then put his all into helping sort and shift and carry many many boxes. What a pile of empty cut-down boxes we ended up with! It really did break the back of the challenge that's been waiting in my study.

And tonight, a very lovely girlfriend visited for dinner and lots of interesting chat. What a super day I've had in my own home.
