We had ....

...... Lunch at the Hydro Hotel in Eastbourne!
I went to visit a friend of 62 years ago. How time flies ? We went for a great rid taking in the South Downs Beachy Head and the sea front and ended up at the Hydro , we sat in the conservatory, a really lovely place to eat.Then back to Polegate via Hampden Park , after a cuppa I wended my way home. It's a long way to go for a few hours, but E is a very unwell lady, made worse as she has been so ill for 2/3 years now and multiple investigations latter she still has no diagnosis? She is so thin and still loosing weight , very worrying. From an intelligent person, interested in everything and a memory full of knowledge , to a little old ill looking lady not able to remember anything and has little or no interest in things , so sad .

Happy ..... that I just may have made a little difference today.
