Struggled to walk round the park with Lewis, Steven and Kelly today. Could have easily just sat on the grass and waited for them.
This is Lewis' first bike, a balance bike. He is really good on it and fast.
Came home and slept for 1.5hrs.

Feeling really low today.
Feeling 'what's the point'.
